This is the most immersive retreat Dr. Dédé offers. Fifteen days at the solstice — the point of maximum darkness, minimum light — deliberately chosen for leaders who need to go deep, not skim the surface.

2026 will have been a year. EU AI Act enforcement, organizational politics, the relentless acceleration of AI capability against the slower work of governance and accountability. This retreat closes the year with intention: reflection on what worked, release of what didn't, and clear-eyed planning for 2027.

Six participants only. The smallest group Dr. Dédé hosts. Every conversation counts. Every need is anticipated. This is the retreat you take when you are serious about rest as a practice, not a luxury.
