August 2, 2026 is the EU AI Act high-risk AI enforcement deadline. By September, organizations that delayed are scrambling. Regulators are active. Boards are asking hard questions. The people who built the governance frameworks — or tried to — are exhausted.

This retreat is for them. Ten days to decompress, recalibrate, and plan the next phase — with peers who understand the weight of what they carry.
